official newsletter of Food From
The Heart. It is an online newsletter which is published quarterly,
every February, May, August and November.
FoodNotes was
created by Lim Sun Sun and Victor Tan Teck Loon, both of whom are from
the Information and Communications
Management Programme at the National University of Singapore.

Lim Sun Sun is
Assistant Professor at the Information and Communications Management
Programme in the Arts Faculty of the National University of Singapore.
She lectures and conducts research on the social impact and public
perceptions of new technology. In her free time, she enjoys creative
writing, cooking, swimming and taking walks with her husband Alan
and baby daughter Kai Ryn. |

Victor is currently pursuing
his Masters degree at the National University of Singapore. His
areas of research interest include understanding the social dynamics
of technology and human behavior, impact of unsolicited commercial
mail and Cybercrime. He is a self-confessed tech geek who is easily
amused by gadgets and games. When he gets some time to himself,
he can be found wandering around bookstores, cinema halls and the
occasional patch of bermuda grass. |

Eugene is a final year student
at the National University of Singapore, pursuing an honours degree
in Information and Communications Management. An outgoing individual
who loves the outdoors, he enjoys running and swimming and is a
member of the NUS Dragon Boat Team. He also loves travelling during
his spare time, having recently backpacked across Europe while on
an exchange programme in Uppsala University, Sweden. |

Lyn-Yi is a freelance writer,
layout designer and aspiring film-maker whose favourite photo subjects
include stray and abandoned animals. She regularly pens and photographs
for two publications introducing Singapore to international students
and loves doing writeups which celebrate the everyday and the mundane.
She recently graduated from the National University of Singapore
with an honours degree in Information and Communications Management. |
